Building a quiet room in this city means designing for its geography: gardens overlooked on every side, neighbours a wall away, access routes that were never meant for construction, boroughs with their own planning temperaments and a noise environment that changes street by street. That context is baked into every specification we produce, which is why we build here and not everywhere.

Do you cover the whole of London?
Yes, all of Greater London. The economics of a bespoke build travel well across the city; what changes between areas is planning context, access and noise environment, all of which the survey picks up.
Do you work outside London?
Selectively, for the right project in the surrounding counties. Ask, and you will get a straight answer based on the location and scope.
Why are there no individual borough pages?
Because we will not publish thirty pages of the same text with the borough name swapped. When we complete a project in a borough, that borough gets a page built around it: real photographs, the planning route it took and what its access taught us.
